This kayn fed the entire game, did not get his form until 25 minutes and did not say a single word to us at all. In his match history he has a tendency to feed in his games. After the game we told the other team to report him... Aaand it did nothing, Riot why does your system not punish the troublemakers but instead let them get off fine doing this type of thing.
He's one takedown short of a 1.00 KDA. Who got the kills on those assists? Dude also placed 3 control wards. I see a bad game here, for your entire team.
Get a clip of it from replay and send it in. Only idea I have against these types is to send physical evidence of what they are doing, otherwise it's the whole reasonable doubt situation. Hate these kinda trolls as for some reason it's "unclear" what they are doing even if they do it consistently.
Feeding in itself is not a punishable offense.
Only intentional feeding is a punishable offense, and you can be punished for being 0/1 and proven that the death was intentional.
Tbh his kda isn't too sour if you see his assists, as well as considering the fact his a midland main. Most likely just got filled jungle
In either case, feeding in itself is never punishable.
