So let me get this straight... I can go into a game, harass teammates, make it to where my jungler cant play the game and have zero consequences. But if that person asks me to stop and gets frustrated, that person gets punished with a 24 game chat ban. Thanks Riot for proving once again that your system is flawed and you refuse to do anything about trolls. And then people report the person being trolled. I love it. So yay chat ban and more grief from people in this community. I love it so much. You make the climb impossible because you put decent players with these trolls and you refuse to help the little guy. PS: Yes I curse boo hoo.

You started by swearing at your teammates in your very first message and stayed negative the entire time. Regardless of context or what was going on, that's not acceptable. There's no reason to swear at teammates or at all in a game through chat. As far as I know there is no Tourette's like condition in which you can't control what you type and it comes out as profanity. Even if there was something similar only about 1 in 10 people with Tourette's have that problem with swearing. So... don't swear at teammates? Don't be negative out of the gate? Take a deep breath? Don't continue the negative behavior or else you risk getting escalated to a suspension. I think that sums it up.

Please for the love of god, STOP FEEDING TROLLS!

The above has been internet 101 since dial-up. All you are doing by responding is encouraging the troll to continue trolling. That makes you just as bad as the troll. The Trolls main purpose is to get a reaction out of someone. You ignore them and eventually they just get bored and go away.

TLDR; STOP FEEDING THE FUCKING TROLLS!

Yes, a sad story and I sympathize, but you only got chat ban (you can still recovery your honor and you haven't lost your account yet). In League, your defense against flamers/trolls/negativity is not talking back, it is mute & report. Therefore I suggest that in future instead of trying to talk to the annoying person, you mute him, don't talk to/about/with him, play to the end as well as you can (yes, you will be handicapped, if a person like the Karthus follows you around taking your jungle camps, but you need to do what you can until a nexus goes boom), and report him in post game lobby, still not talking to/about/with him. That way you protect your account, and hopefully one day the trolly/negative/flaming person will get removed from our game.

That is what I'll never understand. Litteraly no reason to protect trolls by shielding them from flame by someone who's tired of their shit.

I bet some trolls aren't discouraged anymore since they know their team cannot react to them

Wrong. You dont get banned for saying stop and getting frustrated. Ive said much worse before. You think just saying stop will get you banned? Come on man. Youre being purposely dishonest in your assessment. We all see it, hence the mass of downvotes. Try to stay rational and honest or you just look like a salty kid who cant take responsibility for it's actions.

Like yeah if other people are being turds they should be punished, but, while I know the concept of rise above is hard, its important that you do it. Be better, use mute.
