It's been weeks since my 25 game chat restrict, still no loot?

Hey Riot members,

i just want clarification as to why I still don't get any loot or honor rewards even though I get honored consistently and I've reformed from my chat restriction, I just want to know how much longer it will be because the 2 key frags in my loot tab are tilting
