My account got permantly banned and this is why. Help me Out Riot

Hey everyone, so my account just got permanatly banned and I am confused on why this has happened. The chat log of the "one game" that I was banned for was given to me and I knew instantly that my little brother had played on my account yet again. BUT, this post is not made to put the blame on my little brother. It is still my responsibility. What I am here to talk about is the reason I/my accont got banned. It seems that I got "Permantly Banned" off the basis of one game. I did some further research(interrogated my brother :D ) and found out that he had gotten no prior warning to that and that this one game was the only game that he had been toxic on. While this might not be true(coming from my brother), I would like to have some further insight on why this account was banned. For some previous history, the last punishment this account got was a 14 day ban(which was also sudden, no chat restrictions either) in the middle of season 7. I also looked at the match history of this account(op.gg) and I've also seen no intentional feeding. And also, one last thing to note on, I would like to add that my brother had stated that the game he got banned for(chat logs included), had people trolling beforehand with autolockers and intentional feeding/feeders. I've had it since season 5, and I really want it back but again, its up to you Riot. TL;DR-I would like some further insight on this account banning, and I'm pretty sure if my brother has one bad game, he shouldn't have to be permantly banned. And, if he seems to be relatively toxic in other games, can you please include the chat logs. CHAT NOTES:He didn't intentionally feed and he said they were "flaming" but hey, idk, also when he says "your not winning" he said that he said it in all chat towards the enemy team, probably thought he was doinng good with vayne. This also does not fit in with the "flow chart" that Riot has created. Most of the all chat stuff towards the enemy team seems like friendy banter to me but again, Riot's decision.

  1. We can't really help you figure out what the problem might be without seeing the chat logs. It's possible to go straight to a 14-day/perma with zero tolerance language however. Since you had a previous 14-day ban, the next punishment without quite a bit of good behavior recorded is a permanent ban. This means that something that doesn't seem too bad can push you straight over the edge. There wouldn't have had to have been other games, just the one where he was justifiably reported.

  2. Account sharing is a bannable offense in and of itself so you wouldn't be getting your account back just based on that.

  3. It doesn't matter what the other people said and did, it matters what he said.

Yep, any account sharing is bannable. Even if it wasn't, you are responsible for what happens on your account and because of that you're still held responsible for what someone else said.

You also have to have a very long reform period with honor gained to make your next offense not be a permaban.

From what I'm seeing, he's rather negative and toxic in the chat. Doesn't matter that they started it, just matters what he says. On your 14-day punishment, it's stated that your next punishment, no matter how small, will result in a permaban. This isn't enough for a perma on its own, but definitely enough for a chat restriction, which is what pushed it over.

It's definitely not being unbanned, especially Now that you've admitted to account sharing, which is also against the rules. Your brother needs to make his own account. Why are you guys sharing? They're free.

After a 14-day ban accounts are on thin ice and any sort of punishable behavior simply results in the next step in the punishment cycle, which is a permanent ban.

Sorry mate, it sucks but that is how Riot deals with it. You have to show consistent positive play and avoid doing things that are reportable if you ever want to regain status and remove the doom of a possible permaban that was hanging over your account's head. But once it has happened then it's as good as gone. They don't reverse punishments in a case like this, and simply sharing an account is often enough to get the account permanently banned.

Never trust somebody else with your account, especially a family member who is so immature that they might threaten to intentionally feed and ruin a game.
