Im being permed for no reason?

I was permed on an account back in the fall, and now sense then, I just get permed at the drop of a hat. I finally just leveled an account to 30 and started ranked, I get into a game, and I literally make one slightly toxic statement, permed. It wasn't like I Went into game and just instantly flamed everyone on site, I was repeatedly flamed and made one, single, toxic statement, permed. I spent weeks and weeks working on this account, can I actually have a fair chance at appealing it? The account name is jannabearpurpur.

New accounts get punished more severely then older ones because there are changes that recently banned players are rolling new accounts. P.S.: nearly the whole thing was toxic

You got permanently banned once before, the point of a permanent ban is that you were deemed unworthy of having another chance of going back to the game.

Yeah thats Riot's rules Videogamedunkey promoted the game for years and his fame didn't save him from a perm ban so i don't think you have a chance of getting it lifted either

I can't say that this is the worst I've ever seen, but nothing here is good. Asking for reports or even telling people you are going to report them is just asking for trouble; you don't have to announce it to the world. Name calling and the like are also not okay.

Since this is your permanent ban, I'm just going to assume that you have already gone through the other three punishment tiers and knew this was coming. It's not the level of negative behavior that matters, but the frequency of it.

At the same time it is in direct conflict with the terms of service that we all agree to, if you can't keep the toxicity at bay, don't talk in chat. So frankly (especially on a new account) yes I think 2 toxic statements should elicit a ban.

Be honest with us, you got chat restrictions on this account at least, dont you? In this case (and in my opionen even without) its not 2 toxic statements = perma bann. You dont want to get the fact that you worked in many games for your perma ban. Your behaviour was shitty on the last account and now it is still. Just stay out of league.
