you know i think you need to learn to read the content of a thread. You are becoming as bad as the help tickets automated replies.

Until the poster says that his ban is not legit whats the point of asking for the card. It is not event the point of the thread.

He is saying no one gets banned again cause everyone is gets perma banned.

I am not saying that the OP is right, just that you are not even hitting the topic at hand. You are completely dismissing the argument and trying to make this thread what you want it about.

Is this what Riot teaches in arbiter school? If yes then the program is a failure.

I just want to read the reform card. I have made absolutely no claims or judgments. You are pulling your offense out of thin air.

Funny he did not SAY HE WAS BANNED. You assume he was banned.

The card does not further the topic if people actually reform or not. The card may not even exist. But that is irrelevant cause he never said that he banned or not. A person can have an opinion on the ban system without being BANNED.

but did he say that it was not deserved? The argument can still exist that you are confronting the topic at hand. Which is ban lengths and how they are applied.

I still think you are wrong for the way you are approaching this considering how another Arbiter actually responds to the thread.

You are were pretty dismissive when you see the word Banned. You are not helping things when you say reform card, with or without a please.

Just for my 2 cents ( so people can not say SMURF). I think the OP is stupid and odds are riot should of gotten rid of him while ago.

All I did was request to see his reform card. I am not accusing him of anything, I am not judging him, I am not dismissing his opinion. You're really taking this out of proportion for I have no idea why. I apologize for asking for his logs I guess? I didn't come here looking to cause trouble, I use reform cards to improve my own understanding of the system and help provide feedback.

Riot doesn't really say that most people who get banned never get banned again, as it's a pretty obvious statement. What they do say, however, is that most people who are punished are never punished again. Small but important distinction.

TLDR, the OP did say he was banned, and that's the information DeepTerrorNami decided to respond to. I don't see any examples whatsoever of arrogance or poor customer support in his responses, just seems like a misunderstanding.
