Well... I was banned. No wonder Riot says that most people who get banned never get banned again.
Riot bans you for about 100 years or so, saying that Most people who get banned are never banned again.

Riot doesn't really say that most people who get banned never get banned again, as it's a pretty obvious statement. What they do say, however, is that most people who are punished are never punished again. Small but important distinction.
RIOT says most people never even get PUNISHED and that includes chat restrictions. Very few ever get banned.
