So today i was playing ahri mid. I wasn't doing very well so asked for ganks. Got 0 of them. When game was coming to end I tried taking my first blue. Ekko just came and smited it. Then i said " no ganks no blues" he told to stop flaming. A bit later he told me i suck (i was playing quite bad). When after the game i said "report ekko for flame" he said that I started first. And i ended geting a report for harassment.

you don't camp your mid just because they're shit, you let them continue to be shit and snowball the guy that can carry them. we are not obligated to win your lane.

Junglers need to apply pressure.Ganks or farm, or something..he must do something,invades, etc.If i see that i am getting ganked top lane, and my jungler, doesn;t take dragon or the enemy jungler, or ganks something else..well,, he is noob jungler

All it is is just decision-making, and each person on the team is entitled to make their decisions as long as they are attempting for the ultimate goal of assisting in the success of the team, even if that means they afk farm for 40 minutes before teamfighting. It can definitely be argued that one decision is better than another, but each person on the team is perfectly allowed to make bad choices, so long as they are not toxic or unsportsmanlike about it. A jungler can choose to not apply pressure and do something else such as afk farm and make sure every dragon is secured, or make sure Kindred doesn't get a mark, etc. As long as a productive attempt is being made.

AS far as jungle goes..He needs to apply pressure, or he is useless..pressure comes from alot of things, and giving information it's alos the junglers duty..If i invade top side jungle, and i see no jungle there.It's safe to assume the enemy jungler is bot. Things like this makes the jungler..This is what he needs to do.

Someone is not reportable because they made a bad choice or decided to not listen to you. Toxicity is reportable, however, obviously. But the action of making a bad decision or a detrimental decision is not reportable unless it is an attempt to sabotage the game.

let me tell you my last game
I was top vs shen,,destroyed him until level 3, 2-3 waves were pushing towards me,, he was really low hp which meant that i will get ganked soon..i ping my jungler, i inform him so that he can countergank..he pings that he is coming exactly when vi comes,, i played it passive and bait them into me,, flash q vi and shen taunt..knowing that my jungler will come..you know what he did?he did fcking golems..he baited me to die and lose the lane hard...losing 2-3 waves=lane lost..
and, it;s not over,, he comes and takes that farm( which i can understand, i was dead) but after that,, he takes another wave, pushing my lane, making it impossible to farm,, when i get to lane i have level 4 and this guy has level 6,,He lost top solo:)..
after a few minutes..you think he is done?nope he comes,, flash ulti the shen and dies:))..fcking jungler man..
to not know the fcking basics of this game and be in plat.

I am not talking about what is and is not stragetical. Strategy is irrelevant to the report system. You should not be reporting someone simply because you don't like something they did or a choice they made.

Zielmann1 votesPresumably you know you were reported because you got a notice after the game in the client, correct?
That pop-up is part of the fast-feedback system, and only is there to let players know they were reported. That's it. The system doesn't validate reports before giving that pop-up (would probably cause too much delay and defeat the purpose of instant feedback), and receiving the pop-up doesn't mean your account is necessarily nearing a ban. It only means somebody recently reported you.
Given that, just realize that reports don't matter if you know you did nothing wrong. If you're being accurate with what you said in game, you'll be fine. You did nothing wrong and the system won't punish you for it. So if you know the report was false, just ignore the pop-up and continue on. Before any punishments are issued, the system will go through and validate the reports against players.

Kei1431 votesasking team mates / enemies to report someone else does count as harassment against you. As most people react negativity towards that comment, and it tends to end up having team mates fight each other.
You don't need more people to report someone else, just 1 report is good enough to flag the account for future punishments. Any extra reports just counts as statistics to riot's system.
When both people are wrong, both get the punishment. You don't get off unscathed.

I gank as much as i can and the ones that dont get ganks / ganks as often as they think they should bitch and moan about what a bad jungle i am when they were pushed to enemy tower for lvls 1-6.

Good, you deserved to get reported.
Just b/c you mid doesn't mean you have the right to bitch at the jungler for ganks and the blue buff. Considering the fact you admit that you lost lane, nobody in their right mind would blame the Ekko for keeping the blue to himself b/c obviously giving it to you would have been a complete waste. At least with it on him he has a chance to get the other lanes ahead since you can't carry the game.
