I recently got permabanned on my account. I have never received any kind of warning or previous shorter ban, so I feel like I was punished unknowingly. I read the chats that I was reported for and they were very toxic, not going to lie. I should receive a punishment for my actions, but I think a permaban without warning might be a little too much. Any one else have this happen to them or know what to do?

disregardable2 votesSupport at the top of the page. Submit a request. Tell them you've received no prior chat restrictions or bans, and they may downgrade to a 2 week ban or chat restriction.

Sîcarîus2 votesThis is a big issue I have with humans determining your punishment. What one person might find as a perfectly good reason to permaban you, another might not. This basically means your account lies in the hands of a moderator and their mood that day. If you rolled a bad set of dice, GG.
Zielmann1 votesTo jump straight to a permanent ban with no prior punishments at all requires very extreme behavior in chat. We'd have to see the logs to get an idea on whether or not this might be the case here. More often when people make this claim, they actually have had prior punishments and just seem to forget them.
Downpour391 votesNot gunna lie what I said was pretty bad but I know for a fact I haven't had a prior ban. Most Ive had is a 20 minute low priority queue for not accepting a match.
