Permabanned without even getting a warning or previous ban

I recently got permabanned on my account. I have never received any kind of warning or previous shorter ban, so I feel like I was punished unknowingly. I read the chats that I was reported for and they were very toxic, not going to lie. I should receive a punishment for my actions, but I think a permaban without warning might be a little too much. Any one else have this happen to them or know what to do?
