I dont care what elo you are, if you die more than 10 times in a ranked game in the first 10 minutes you should not be eligible to play league of legends. I think the build should be considered too.
People have bad games but i agree even if someone is having a bad game there should be no excuse for dying like 10 times in the first 10 min

Hmm, like yes, if someone dies 10 times in 10 minutes, i hardly believe he belongs into this Elo. But i dont think banning them is a good idea. Like, we have to live with feeders in our games, just as we live with feeders in the enemy team. Thats how the game works.
But if someone really dies so often in a short time frame, he should lose more MMR. Seriously, if someone regulary dies often, he doesnt belong into this Elo, if he loses often aswell, and he should drop even faster than now.
