ban system is undependable

hi i was just getting some idea how ban system really works! my friend had a 6/21 kd rate in a gem and the before games he played support so he had bad kill death rate but really nice assist rate as well so he was playing with a premade team he was separate and not with them he was trying a champion he havent played before in normal game at the end of the game they reported him for intentional feed because he got a bad stat im not sure if the enemy reported him as well or not but he got banned for 14 days for this

so what i meant is that really fair to have people report others for not good reason and they will not get any penalty for misusing the report system ?

so im asking rito players to take back all the banns what the system made till they get a system what will punish the players who miss use it for personal reasons

i know this is a big thing to ask for and im not the nicest player aether but right now lot of player just reporting others for just playing bad

and i found some glitches with dual ultinig and and skills having range glitches pls contact me if you like to fix these issues thank you for reading and listening to my request
