Had a duo queue hecarim and annie start flamimg me in game. Then i called them "retards" and they kept flaming all game. I just kept insuring yea yea you guys are retards. Then got perma banned for using the word retard but the two starting shit get no penalty I'm assuming, gotta love riot and the unfair treatment.

Punishments are typically dealt in order of 4 tiers;
Except in extreme cases such as hate speech and death threats, your punishment will go one step at a time. The offenses that triggered the punishment don't really matter, because if you are reported for it consistently enough they'll eventually add up to the next punishment. It takes 3 months for your tier to drop down one step. I'm guessing you had a 14 day prior to this recently?
Since I've gone over why this particular punishment was given instead of a lesser one, if you want to go over why the behavior was unacceptable and resulted in a punishment please post your reform card.
