You don't get punished for what they do, you get punished for your own behavior. Whatever anyone else does doesn't justify toxicity on your part, because you only make a bad situation worse by retaliating like that. Just mute and report them and try to finish the game to the best of your ability in spite of them.
I'm sure you're upset but insulting people trying to help you isn't going to work.
You got banned because of YOUR behavior. Not theirs. It was consistently negative and unsavory.
On another note, a support taking cs is almost irrelevant at most MMRs. Sure it doesn't make you a mid game monster, sure you might have to play defensive and clear other lanes and jungle camps and get items like cull or a coin... but it's not enough to be a complete asshole to that person. It's simply a different strategy. DIFFERENT STRATEGIES DON'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO BE A COMPLETE ASSHOLE TO PEOPLE. And if they're doing it as a retaliation then simply mute and report. Then ask your team to help you recover. If annie's getting all the cs, fine, grab a coin or spell thief's and poke the shit out of the enemy team and have your jg gank so you get the kill gold. There's a dozen things you could have done but you didn't do any of them. You CHOSE to be an asshole instead of a good team player. And regardless of your excuse, YOU CHOSE to be rude and to get banned.
Personally, from what I see in your responses here, totally justified ban.

Why don't you post on your main account OP. If we have to listen to you try to bullshit us, we should at least be able to look up the game in question.
Riot will never tell you if another player is banned. If she is regularly toxic she will be banned or already has been.
That however has nothing to do with your behavior.
