maybe you were toxic enough it skipped it :)
25 game chat restriction is typically the 2nd punishment, not third. It has always been possible for severity to escalate you to higher punishments.
my other other account went to 25 on the 3rd time.
i didnt tell anyone to kill themselves, so it wasnt anything worse than ive done before. just some guys getting their femmy crotches in knots cause i call Riot the F word (aka pole suckers)
