Perma Banned for absolutely no reason what so ever

So, i was playing flex with my friend yesterday, just having fun, another day at league, about the 3rd match i was going top with quinn, when the game crashed at the loading screen, and since the new client is slow, i had to close it and reopen it because it's faster than waiting for it to automaticly reconnect, that's when i faced the a bug that didn't let me type my username and password to log back, the game was remade, i tried to manually check for a solution, and i noticed the yellow alert, i pressed it and followed the link to find a solution, i was then able to log into my account, and i found that leaverbuster punished me, and since riot told us to send a ticket to remove it in case that happened, i did, i sent a ticket, at first a bot answered me, then, a rioter said that they removed the ban, i went to log into my account and KABOOM "Perma banned" i swear this is the most fucked up thing i've ever seen in my life, what sort of ban is this ? i haven't done anything wrong why am i getting banned, and perma banned for what !! this is not fair and makes no sense, and the e-mail was so vague, it said :
