Can I Be Unbanned as Well Like Nicolaj Jensen (Incarnati0n)?

Why was he unbanned for starters. If he reformed per say can i do the same please? I promise to never say a toxic word again if you unban me. Please riot prove to me and countless others that this company has heart. I promise to do whatever it takes. I will reform to be a upstanding league of legends player. Please riot dont dash the dreams of a boy who once looked up to this company and dreamed to play pro. Please riot unban me. If you can unban a man created equal to me who I will try to show the same reform as to become a better league of legends player. Please Riot think on this deeply to un ban me. Riot, If you cant unban me then at least give me my money back. I beg of you to unban me please, because if he gets a free reform to get back on. Please let me back on as well and I promise to be my very best. Please let me know on my unban.

Your response first: “As a result of this player’s history of DDOS activity, abusive behavior and poor sportsmanship, the player behavior team has issued a lifetime ban on Jensen... “His Veigodx account has been permabanned and all future accounts will be permabanned on sight.”

The Unban: "...has continued to demonstrate behavior in game that is well above the normal standards of good behavior across all of his accounts since at least January 2014... “Additionally, according to our monitoring tools, he has not been implicated in any DDOS or Drophacking-related exploits since Q2 2013... There have been no serious offenses or violations of the letter or spirit of the Summoner Code since his account-sharing related offense in Q1 2014.”

So riot I've got all of the proof right here. Please Riot i will be my best to try and reform into the player i should've been from the beginning.

Jensen was taken off "indefinite suspension", which was where Riot would ban every one of his accounts as soon as they could tie it to him. None of his accounts were returned to him, so he was not "unbanned."

You haven't been banned like Incarnation was to be unbanned like he was.

While it may be disheartening to hear this from so many of us, unfortunately, Riot has not made any announcements regarding plans to unban any accounts that have been permabanned for rule violations. But as some of the guys have pointed out, your account was merely permabanned. You as a player were not given the same punishment that Jensen was, and that Tyler1 is currently under.

Riot believes that all players have the potential to reform, which is why even after an account has been permanently suspended, in 99% of cases, the player is allowed to make another account. In this case, you are. So, if you wish to play League, you are more that welcome to do so.

Sadly, quoting what Riot stating officially regarding Jensen will not suffice as proof. Some of the guys who have been around longer than me will probably remember the specifics better than I do, but I seem to recall Riot experimenting with unbanning accounts once before. If I recall correctly, it was a resounding failure, with them almost overwhelmingly being re-banned.

If you are really serious about reforming, and wanting to be a top tier player, then make a new account, and use it to climb. If you've truly made progress and are not showing negative behavior to those in game, then you won't have to worry about having that account punished in the future.
