I'm sorry to tell you, but the ban on your old account will not be lifted. Permanent bans are not overturned unless there was an error in issuing them, and judging by you saying that you've reformed, I don't think that's the case here.

If you have truly reformed, that's great. You can continue to play on a different account, but you won't be receiving your old account back.
