How do i get un permanently banned, i was being toxic because i had no support and there two top and i kept dying and i just gave up, so it wasnt really wasnt my fault

So you think just because your teammates were toxic/trolling first, therefore you have all the rights to be freely toxic back on them with no consequences? Think again. You deserved the punishment.

Your attitude is 100% your fault. I don't care if your house burns down, that doesn't give you the excuse to flame random strangers on the internet.
You had at least one, likely 3 chances before you were permanently banned. You chose to not heed the warnings. Your account is no more. You are (usually) free to create a new account and start from square one. I recommend you take a step back and consider why you're so toxic before you do so.
