While it can be very frustrating when you get a Bug Splat and don't load into the game, to earn the 20 minute Low Priority Queue means that you have shown a history of repeated leaving/afk in recent matches. Players are given an initial warning, followed by 5 minute, 10 minute and then 20 minute LPQ punishments for leaving/afk, even if it is a result of a Bug Splat. It may seem unfair, as client errors are not necessarily something that you can control, but it is also incredibly frustrating for your teammates and can make games very difficult, if not impossible, to win. If your system is having trouble running the new client, you may want to consider running the legacy client, or if you have the information about the specific Bug Splat, you can post it in the Help & Support Board.
