Perm banned - Never been toxic before

So my friend for 2 years have been perm banned yesterday. He was going jungle, Draven accidentally stole his blue while leashing him. My friend got annoyed but said nothing about it, Fast forward 15 mins later, Enemy lulu and Rengar taunts our team so he got pretty pissed at this and started talking smack. Its fair to say he was in a pretty bad mode as well which is a rare case for him. It wasn't really that serious, no racism or anything. Just pure " You're retarded " bullshit and whatnot. Now my friend has never been chat restricted before nor did he get temporarily banned. I'am pretty pretty sure he wasn't even reported a single time this year, then how come he gets banned for just one game? Its not like he was calling them the N word or telling them to commit suicide or anything. It was literally 5 to 10 sentences that he talked shit in. Does he really deserve a perm ban? I know some of you might say I'am defending him. For those of you who believe so, Please don't comment as it will be no use. For those who believe me, Does he really deserve the permanent ban?

Your description makes it sound unwarranted, yes. However, we'd need both the actual chat logs AND an honest assessment of his punishment history to truly weigh in.

We can't really make a judgement about your friend's situation without the chat logs. If they want to post them here on the boards then we'd be happy to take a look. But we're not going to take your word for it and agree without all the information.

Your friend's best bet is to submit a support ticket to Riot and request a manual review.

Bs, the only way that could happen is if he just got off a 14 day ban, even some harsh harsh shit would only get him a 14 day if it's his first punishment

Thank you! Atleast now i know its not fair to perm ban him from the first time he has ever been toxic. I posted the ban appeal myself, are they still going to give me the chat logs or should i tell him to make a ban appeal himself?

can you have him post his logs on the boards? also does it say perma ban or perma suspension?
