Is lying about an innevitable remake so you can cheese first blood considered cheating?

Enemy cried for almost a minute about how jhin was afk and they didn't feel like waiting for remake vote, queueing up for another game, etc. Jhin of course remained silent. Nothing's going on except mids are dancing. We leash our jg just for the heck of it and go bot. Support is only one around and he starts emoting to us and not attacking so we do the same which is when enemy (including jhin, excluding galio) rolls up behind us and kills us for first blood. I know it's our fault to some extent for falling for it but I feel like a tactic like that which doesn't rely on any sort of game skill or tactics should be considered uncouth but not sure what riot's stance on the matter is. Is it worth sending a ticket in?

Nope, that's a good and legal strategy. The whole game is about outplaying and out thinking your opponent, which is what they did

It's a pretty rude thing to do, but it's still legitimate. It's the same as baiting the enemy laner by recalling so they go in just to get ganked. Don't get me wrong, I'd be mad if this happened to me, but it's not anything worth reporting. Turn off all chat next time

I don't think it's worth sending a ticket, you got baited, hook, line and sinker.
