Banned after one account of toxicity?

Hello deftsu4gosu here. Recently I have been permabanned after one toxic game. I would be okay with it if i truly was extremely toxic the few games before, or if i had a suspension earlier, so the next notch is a permaban. However, that is not the case. After all, the "permaban card" shows the one game upon which i was toxic, which yes I was. What I find odd is that I had in fact quit league for the past 3 months before picking it up again a week ago, and also I have not received a 3 day or 14 day suspension ever. I have received chat restricts back in 2015, but since I have not been toxic for a long time (learned my lesson and thank you /muteall!!) they shouldve decayed and become less of a factor in determining a ban the older they are. I dont think that is the case. Riot only gives me evidence of one toxic game, and judges a permaban off of that one game when I havent even been on the game for a whole 3 months? Now if riot provides info and evidence of games recently upon which I was toxic, to show that i deserved the ban, then sure ill take it. I personally do detest toxicity no matter what the reason, and i regret being toxic that one game myself in fact. But banning me over one game, on my account which has not received any disciplinary action in the near past, seems a bit too much. I would gladly take any other punishment no matter how severe, because this one account I have dedicated a lot of time into and I do not wish to have it thrown away on one account of toxicity.

Tldr:riot permabanned my account over one game, havent even played recently, havent been suspended ever, and they havent shown me proof that that one time was not an isolated incident, or that i have been toxic enough to warrant a permaban on one account of toxicity.

Thank you for reading my post, and I hope this reaches riot so I may resolve my issue as I am generally not a toxic person.

You'll need to submit a support ticket. We can't help you. We are here for when people go 'what do you mean I got banned for being a jerk?'

Note that just because they only showed you one game worth of chat logs doesn't mean it's the only evidence against you. The chat logs could have been too much to show as i am aware emails can only be so long and most email companies doesn't allow long emails like that. The client chatlogs usually shows you the majority but again bugs/glitches can happen that might prevent you from seeing all of it.

With that said just wait on a response from your ticket. The last thing I want to say in term of what you wrote to elduris. The context of your toxic behavior isn't the problem. You already admit you were really toxic by cursing out at your teammates as well as using homophobic slurs. Which is not tolerated here and is usually a grounds of a 14 day ban or Permaban right off the bat. You know it was wrong to say and yet still continued to use it.

I will say if it is true that this is your first offense it does seem somewhat severe. But then again I've been on these boards for a long time and people will always lie about not getting a warning or showing photoshopped chatlogs to make themselves look like the victim. If you are telling the truth the person in charge of the support ticket will see that and help.
