How do i get banned for this ?

This game i picked Cait top vs Quinn top and constantly got harassed by my teammates. They nit picking at every death i have , I had 4/3 score at the end while those people got 7+ deaths (check lolking). They constantly harass about my pick, my build, my summoner spells ('cuz i got barrier) and saying negative stuffs like "I dont expect to win with this cait" at the beginning of the game. I did not retaliate nor flame any of my teamamtes. And yet I m the one that get banned ? If any Riot read this, post the full chat log, u will see how toxic my team is toward my pick, build, summoner spell choice. And most of these sentences from this chat log is me talking to the enemy team's support.

Really? Who you played and how well you did do not matter.

The fact of the matter is you were toxic. It doesn't matter what your team said, all that matters is how you acted.

Perhaps they said report worthy things, and if you reported them then it will be on their record for a while, but you also said report worthy things, and that is why you were punished.

You said bot lane was feeding, which regardless of it's accuracy is a negative thing. You called your team bad, which regardless of it's accuracy is a negative thing. You said the game was easy, which regardless of it's accuracy is a negative thing. Lastly you called for reports, which is directly against the rules.

I'm not sure if you know this but negativity and toxicity don't have a whole lot of differences. You decided to say negative things about your team during an active game in a way where everyone could see. This lowers team morale and does nothing to assist your team. You were toxic, and if you make a habit of talking like this you definitely earned your punishment.

You truly insult us if you think we can't understand context.

I'm not even going to quote the feeding part, because there are too many lines to fit in this format. Saying people on your team are feeding is a toxic statement. It's being brutally honest for the brutality rather than the honesty.

You had no interest in asking them to play defensively and hold out for the team fight phase, but rather you wanted to insult them because they insulted your champion. If you don't see how this is against the rules perhaps you should go read the rules.

Blitz the enemy support said something about "U cannot win a game alone" that s why i type that sentence, I barely talk to my teammates in this game, I only respond to the enemy comment, I dont even initiate the convo

And if u actually read the whole thing, I said

No saying some1 is feeding doesnt not mean they are not good, they can have a bad games or they are trolling

and again this is the flaw of the tribunal with actual players review the report, they are so narrow minded, they always think negatively about ppl

It's always amazing how fast people just jump on the "you got punished so you were wrong" train. This one is kind of borderline. I guess it's cause of saying people were feeding. That seems to be the most problematic thing. But I'm honestly kind of surprised the system came down on you for this one. It makes me think there had to have been previous cases or even worse comments in pre-game or post-game lobbies.

I can't tell if the Arbiter forgot to edit the quote or if he's just being a jerk.

Oh, no. There was only one line that I didn't find contributing to toxicity, and that was "GGWP", which I removed from the quote.

Seconding Wuks, this was not borderline. If you're confused about whether something is toxic or not, just ask yourself "Why did this person say this line?" When the answer is "to insult, mock, or threaten someone", it's toxic.

The system is automate, it bans ppl based on the # of reports they get.

It s obvious my whole team would report me for my pick

And now with dynamic queue, I got reported more and more because i didnt let the guy from their premade play the role I queued for

The system is automated but it's not based solely on reports. The reports are validated before you're punished and false reports are ignored. In this case, if you'd just kept your mouth shut instead of responding negatively, the reports would'be been thrown out. Instead, you acted in violation of the summoners code and were punished.

It's based on the number and frequency of matches with valid reports, along with severity of the offense, and your current punishment tier. The number of reports themselves plays no factor in the punishment beyond "Were you reported by at least 1 player and was it valid?". In other words, 1 report in a match = 9 reports from one match.

If you have received a 14 day ban in the past 3 months (which acts as a "last warning" punishment), even minor offenses (Such as fishing for reports, like you did at the end of the chat log) can lead to a player receiving a Permaban

Calling people feeders is abit toxic. Saying shet... not sure how I feel about that. The one thing I did see you do wrong is begging Y people to report X player. Honest tho this is not such a bad report and I think you have a ok chance for riot to excuse you. Fyi 1x report = to x9 report its all the same.

While your side of the story appears to indicate that reports for those two were entirely justified, saying that in chat is still grounds for punishment. It can be easily interpreted as harassment, and doesn't do anything to make the game any better. There's no reason to call for reports when you can simply report them yourself and move on. Additional reports for the same game are redundant.

As for the rest of it, the best that can be said is that you kept yourself from going out of control and lashing out. That's a good thing, but the problem is that you responded at all. The better course of action would be to simply not respond to taunts/insults.
