Can Riot perma mute accounts of people that want it?

So I'm toxic, very toxic. I was given a 14 day yesterday and I am NOT asking for it to be removed as I believe it was justified. What I ask is that riot permanently mutes my account so I dont have to worry about getting banned in the future. I love playing league, but I can't play the game without becoming upset with players who maybe aren't the greatest. I know that if I int or if I AFK that I will still be banned, but I have never inted of AFK'd. I recognize that this would be irreversible, but I want it.

I have tried disabling all chat, but it didn't work. I have tried playing with friends, but it didn't work. I have tried taking breaks, and it didn't work as I would just be toxic when I came back. I feel like when I am not banned I have to watch what I say and it hinders my enjoyment. I don't want to spend money on league because I am worried that I might lose it all one day because of 2 games that I play when I am having a bad day.

So riot, if you could be so kind to permanently mute the account that I am posting this on it would mean a lot.

Riot does not permanently mute people. That is a bandaid. Riot wants people to reform. That is a long term solution.

These players who "aren't the greatest" happen to be in the exact same skill level as you.

You can just move the chat out of your view and unbind the button for typing(enter by default)

The only thing I can suggest is sending in a support ticket. I think that is the most reliable way to get a legit response.

Didn't someone make a tutorial for just this situation? Something where you can get rid of chat? Idk, hopefully that person sees this and let's you know. Try looking on youtube, just search like 'league unbind chat' or something like that.

This is so legit. Also, there are very toxic people that are better at avoiding getting reported by playing premades or just trolling by baiting you to die then spamming mastery emote or stealing buffs and spamming mastery emote. That never comes out in chat, enemies won't report them, teammates who don't see it won't report them. So, when someone with less self-control who is victim of such toxicity blows up and uses bad words and says mean things in chat, they get disciplined, while the cunning Iago-an troll gets away. It would be hard to catch the cunning troll, but you can save the victim from perm ban by perm muting instead of perm banning.
