So basically there is the 2nd game content for a ban : Black Nugger: nig why you 1/11 LOL Black Nugger: stop lol Black Nugger: 30 cs Black Nugger: what Black Nugger: àfk

he was talking to Sketchy Plays that was also in the game it's his friend and he calls him nig and for the second game it was a bad bard game where he got caught by enemies and then his adc started blaming and doing bad because he collected chimes and like it's his <10 bard games he really tries to get chimes and at the end he says that cringy thing because people of his team were saying he was trolling. He even calls it : Black Nugger: most chimes and they say i'm inting and he also ask for help bot multiple times. Also when he refers to the support he refers to someone saying that a lane is useless and is referring to himself as he's the support.

then this : Black Nugger: u fucking Black Nugger: can kill him Black Nugger: u fucking Black Nugger: pussy out on me Black Nugger: i go in like retard Black Nugger: jk Black Nugger: dude

we can see he doesn't insult he's just tilted because he offered himself and someone left but if i was the ally i wouldn't feel offended.

Back to the 1st game there is the real shitstory, he started by getting a canceled champ select. He was going singed top as usual. Then, at the second champ select he gets filled and gets jg. Since he already started his youtube video for the loading(no attention really) he doesn't see and lock singed again by reflex. At the start of the game he sees that they have no jungle and is like man we could duo top but his team is already calling him a troll by the start of the game but the dude he mains singed he goes singed jungle if he gets jungle he's not going to duo top for no reason and they keep calling him a troll and he tells urgot to freeze the lane and then urgot doesn't but he doesn't realise that urgot doesn't know what freezing is and is hitting those minions real hard and shove like a motherfucker because he doesn't want singed to steal those cs but singed is freezing and not taking them then the tilt start until he tells him to stop hitting minions so they can double fling the immobile rumble but it's too late rumble is level 7 got 2 kills because they got ganked by jg and mid because the lane was shoved as fuck. then the mid and adc all reported Singed in that 1st game except the mid kat that fed the shit out because he wasn't ready for that game. Black Nugger is really sorry of having called Urgot a retarded monkey and understands that this can hurt the feelings of urgot and his mental health and self esteem and he truly wish that he can purchase that new skin too with his and new rp but really he is sorry and here I will proceed to ask Sketchy Plays for a follow up on what i said about this because I think 2 games is not enough for a full ban maybe a 3 months chat restrict but not that he bought lots of Singed skins and really he tried to keep positive attitude and I watched the replay and really I saw urgot clearly doing weird stuff because he was tilted too and flaming since start. It's not only 2 games but only one flaming episode the other thing is really weak as an excuse for a report and again he probably got mass reported both games please I can give clips of urgot doing really bad if needed and for his excuse because that's what this discussion is really about he's really sorry and ready to buy new skins once paypal is up. Please rito give him back his account much love he will now enable chat filter to make all his insults go into stars so he stops saying bad thing he promise he won't get reported ever again he'll talk with his friend on discord for duo q and live a peaceful duo/solo queue carrier in the field of justice, for real tho pls. Either a 14-day ban or a permanent ban. Again, nothing he does is justification for hate speech, and the same is true of the rape comment.

Further, his actions to not FORCE you to do things. You are, at all times, fully responsible for your own behavior.

As this log involves hate speech, insults, and rape comments, I can assure you that he will not be unbanned. Riot doesn't overturn bans that were correctly applied, and this one definitely was.

I will be blunt here, so please understand that I just don't want to beat around the bush. The following isn't a joke or personal opinion; It's the truth:

NOBODY GIVES A FLYING TEEMO SHROOM ABOUT THE CONTEXT.

IT LEGIT DOESN'T MATTER.

There is no place nor reason to use such hateful terms while talking to random strangers or "friends" on the internet.

I even removed the slightly less hateful phrases, but the whole log even without what I kept above would have maybe extended the time until his/her ban a WEEK OR TWO AT MOST.

Not to mention that the name alone would have resulted in a forced temp perma into a name change through Riot support even if they said absolutely nothing in chat.

That's separate. Each person is held accountably for their own behaviour. If they did similarly they'll be punished similarly too, end of story.

I'm not trying to fuck with you. You can say fuck all you want in-game, curse, swear, whatever. HOWEVER, the moment you're targetting someone with that language it becomes a weapon and is unnacceptable.

YOU GROW UP. Real people play this game. They come from all walks of life and they don't log in to have some random over the internet insult them for playing a game.

If you and your friend think it's acceptable to treat others that way then leave. Riot and the League community have a standard for basic rights to not be harassed while playing League. People who can't abide by it are not welcome here.

No, I said minus everything I kept there he wouldn't be INSTANTLY PERMABANNED. He would still be permabanned without those messages but not right away (he would have gained a couple weeks maybe?) since he probably wouldn't fix his behaviour even with a "chat ban."

This is the normal escalation system for punishments: 10 game chat restriction-->25 game chat restriction--> 14-day ban--->Permaban

Your friend should /mute all when he gets in game if he gets toxic due to other people's chat. The other option is physically removing his "Enter key" from the keyboard.

Yes, it deserves a permaban regardless of the circumstances.

The reason for that is that there's no benefit to saying what your friend said in that way. Typing that way will only get his team to play worse, since morale is a huge part of League. Even he doesn't gain from typing it; everybody loses, so it's not worth typing and is only hurtful.

Hopefully he takes this ban as a learning opportunity once the dust settles and he realizes exactly what he wrote. It may take a while to reach that stage emotionally though, so be supportive and try to look at this from a view that isn't just "defend whatever my friend did because we're friends."

Your friend's actions were wrong; now is the time to change and move forward.

Yes the context matters to you but to the law (in this case Riot) it doesn't. That's because no matter why it's being said, it's still wrong to say it.
