You can use the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions, but please only use tickets for very severe offenses (doxxing for example) that can't be covered by the report function in the post-game lobby. If it's something best left to the report system then Player Support will not likely waste their time investigating.

well intentional feeding usually goes unnoticed if it's an x9 so when you and your bud are matched up with a 3 man pt and they all troll it's kinda hard to win I also have screenshots and chat logs to prove it and item builds edit I also just realized i'm not logged onto my main so I appear less credible

There is a system for detecting intentional feeding, you don't need x9 for it to check and it can't check harder for more reports. Don't post that stuff on the boards, though, name & shame/reporting isn't allowed here.

They flat out tell you they'll do nothing about it and scold you for not using the in game report function. But sometimes it happens in champion select until somebody dodges, and you literally cannot use the in game report system. So it's like.... ???

Don't even bother, I've reported a couple people for shit like telling somebody to kill themselves in post-game chat and all I got was a message to use the in-game report system.
