How to report someone via support ticket

You can use the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions, but please only use tickets for very severe offenses (doxxing for example) that can't be covered by the report function in the post-game lobby. If it's something best left to the report system then Player Support will not likely waste their time investigating.

They flat out tell you they'll do nothing about it and scold you for not using the in game report function. But sometimes it happens in champion select until somebody dodges, and you literally cannot use the in game report system. So it's like.... ???

Don't even bother, I've reported a couple people for shit like telling somebody to kill themselves in post-game chat and all I got was a message to use the in-game report system.
