Jo0o1 votesDunno why you can't submit a support ticket, but in the meantime, you can share the chat logs here and get community input. Getting info back from a support ticket takes time, especially if you're having trouble even submitting the ticket, so we can tell you if it's even worth waiting for.
You might also try live chat with Riot support, if tickets don't work for some reason. I have no personal experience with that, however.

Not sure where live chat even is, to be honest. I've just seen folks mention it here and there.
Acáh1 votesI understand that a random Feedback system did, but the players reported me over nothing. They need to fix the system and ban the curse words outright. Eventhough I didnt cuss. My actions were trying to defend myself from them telling the all chat I was flaming my laner. When I asked why she didnt do what she was planning to do. I didnt handle it like " I cant believe you did this now we lost lane because of you" all I said was "Stop playing passive" "You said you'd play agressive" And my team flames me for being mean to her. Why do people have to be so hateful over comments that arent even hostile to begin with. I wasnt being rude it was a simple question. My second one I understand cause I wasnt handling the Midlaner well he was being arrogant and he wouldnt listen. So he got the enemy team to report me being "stupid". The system shouldnt track bad comments. They should have a set language filter to get rid of certain words. Like saying "hey you dont need to say that" whenever they say "asshole" Instead of giving the players the power over others they have a filter automate the chat logs manually. After game. Once they see certain words tried to be used they get the according chat res. I dont agree with calling someone bad is a hateful comment to someone its surely better to say over "Kill yourself" or "get hit by a truck" I'd rather be called bad and needing to uninstall over that anyday. People need to grow up and deal with it.
Acáh1 votesMy first res was not deserved in my opinion but my second one I didnt handle it right and I accept it. But I dont like the fact that the Feedback system goes of player reporting it should track all games itself instead of giving people the right to give people false reporting because there feelings were hurt. They need to focus on the positive and let the AI and support team handle the toxicicty not the players. The players are to play the game not get rid of the toxic players.
Jo0o3 votesThat's not how the system works. Players have no power to get somebody punished, beyond reporting a game to be reviewed. You were punished by the IFS, not by the players. False reports get thrown out.
Acáh1 votesExactly so say if someone reports another for being angry in a game. That gets put up on the list for reasoning to give a chat res. So why give that player an option if the system is going to do it anyways? it just gives people power over others in the game to control. Simple as that

Butt Ρlug4 votesThe system doesn't do it anyway. Like you can be as toxic as you want, as long as nobody reports you in that game you won't be punished because your chatlogs won't be analyzed.

The thing is that if you reply to someone flaming by insulting him too,** you're lowering yourself to his level **and if someone reported you in that game you deserve a punishment too. You can reply to flame but never with insults/harassment and so on.
For RIOT, context doesn't matter at all, it's individual behavior that counts, hence why when someone is punished only his chat logs are analyzed and he is judged only for what he typed, what the other players said doesn't matter at all.
If the dude was flaming like you said, and you reported him, be sure that he'll either get a punishment, or the report will stay in his history if it wasn't that extreme and will counts when deciding further punishments another day if reported again.
Acáh1 votesI wasnt flaming rofl, I was defending myself from a report that I got reguardless. I dont understand how keeping a report from going is flaming. Id rather not be reported. An hours past and ill deal with it with the support team. I have lost compleat interest in this conversation.

You can defend yourself as much as you want as long as your not insulting/harassing other players, if you do it that way even if someone reports you, you won't get any punishment.
But as soon as you starts being toxic ( which you did, otherwise you wouldn't be punished ) you're lowering yourself to their level thus you also deserve a punishment.
It doesn't work that way, to take a clear example, if someone told me "kys" it doesn't magically gives you the right to reply "kys %%%got", if i do so i would deserve the same exact punishment.
We're not kids like "mom ! mom ! he did it first !!!", i hope you realize that if anyone could reply to someone being toxic by being toxic themselves we would end up in games where everyone flaming everyone with "but he was inting so i had to insult him !!", "but he said i was useless i was defending myself by telling him to kill himself !!" and so on.
Jo0o2 votesWell, there's no rule against cursing anyway, and gang reports carry no more weight than ordinary reports. Even if all nine players agree that you deserve a restriction, nothing will happen unless the IFS agrees.
I really think you should just post your logs here. You'll have forum regulars and possibly moderators explaining exactly what the issue was, if any, with your chat, all in a matter of minutes. I'm quite confident you'll just hear the same thing from support, anyway.
Acáh1 votesThink of it as the people who dont talk in chat and dont do anything in games to help the "flamers" calm down. They want all the "toxic" players out of the game. But I am still reforming from a perma that I got a year ago. I have made progress but I still have slip ups. My last account that was permed I asked for a perm mute before Igot the 14 day and they declined. I dont get why they wouldnt want to help a person trying to reform. I have submitted countless times for a perma mute so I dont flame. Some people need it like me. I am very very compettitve and if I cant talk. Take it away from me. I cant control it take it. Dont ban an account over it.

I'd like to see the full chat logs with the leona and xerath flaming and blaming me.
