So I'd like to be contacted by a support team and make this private because I have a problem with my last Chat res. I dont think it was deserved and the rando I played with said it wasnt fair. Please contact me so I can talk to any support about it.
Dunno why you can't submit a support ticket, but in the meantime, you can share the chat logs here and get community input. Getting info back from a support ticket takes time, especially if you're having trouble even submitting the ticket, so we can tell you if it's even worth waiting for.
You might also try live chat with Riot support, if tickets don't work for some reason. I have no personal experience with that, however.
