Chat Restrict System Should Be Changed

I recently just got a chat restrict. One of the games that I was reported on was simply me answering the teams flame. Literally the whole team flamed me for reasons I don't even know why i should've been flamed. On a side note, I'm not complaining about getting the chat restrict, but I do think they're very dumb. This game doesn't support voice chat in-game, and the only way to communicate most times is just through the regular in-game chat. When you get a chat restrict, it's extremely hard to communicate and literally just screws up your entire game. I feel that getting a chat restrict is way too easy. For example, if 1/20 of your games are games you may be somewhat toxic, and only get three strikes before being restricted, that's too little. Literally if you're toxic almost every game then there should be a restrict, but not to the players that mainly stay positive. Like I understand the honor system and all, but even in that too it took me forever just to get to level 3, and I was positive. The chat restrict system should either be removed or modified because it usually doesn't do any more than just screw with people's games because they can't get across info that they can't fit into a single message. Riot please look at chat restricts and change them because it becomes very hard to win under a chat restrict. And if they make chat restricts this way on purpose, my bad and I didn't know.
