Perma banned because friend stopt playng league ////IDEA

So about 3 years ago my friend started playing league and adviced me to play to. So i did but i dint know how to create a account. My friend created the account for me (that means he knew my password) . he created a new email and made the account. About 1,5 years ago my friend stopt playing and i was stil struggling to get lvl 30. So since he stopt playing he went on and put his personal account on the email he created for me. changed the password and told me the password. ( that means i dint know his personal password and e changed the email his self). ofcouse i accepted his offer and started playing on his account at lvl24. now since i dint create the account myself it got banned. now it says in the terms of use u cant trade or gift a account because u will give your personal password ectr.. But he dint give me anything he just changed it to my email. So league dint know this ofcourse but then i got lvl 30 got better and played ranked. When i finnaly was silver 3 i waited because i wanted my silver border. I dint get my silver border so i contacted riot. Ive sended emails about 4 times before that so it was clear that the account was linkt to my email and it was me typing. So they sended me a quiz. asking me original email all my refunds and 5 first champs. Since ive been playing for 1.5 years and he already used his refunds i dint know. My friend deleted his original email and when i asked him he did not know. Me not knowing sharing a account is against the terms of use. So i understand they took action. But i asked all my friends that played league and nobody knew about that rule. So it would be better if u warn people first. So my idea was that if a account changes email a automatic email will be send telling them the terms of use and that u cant gift/share a account. Now ive put alot of money in that account and i would like it back. My friend agrees and he would be happy to help me get it back. Now ofcourse its alot to ask but the staff did tell me they woul give it back t my friend but he doesnt remember any of those things. Did u have the same problem well here is the post u have been waiting for. Since my friend dint say his personal password or his own email it was not a bad thing. because you cant share your account because people will know your personal info. I did not get to see any personal info. So help me get my account back and maybe even yours.

My idea is: If the account is changed to a other email people will get a email with terms of use and telling them thats wrong. the terms of use is easy to read. on the website but if u let them agree and they can just scroll down because its a long list people wont know what the terms are. so send the terms of use 1 a month and alot of bans can be prevented.
