Banned without warning and no email explanation?

I got on today for the first time and to my surprise i was "permanently banned". I check my email like it said, and nothing. the latest email from riot games was the receipt for the rp i purchased. I bought two skins for zed. I emailed riot, and still nothing? I've had this account for two years and it gets banned without explanation and prior warning? People in game report for no reason now days and it gets me mad that i spend money ($25) on it and it gets banned with no explanation? is there anything i could do?

Use a Support Ticket to contact Riot for more information (if you haven't already) and they'll get back with you as soon as they can. If you were punished by the Instant Feedback System you'd receive a reform card in your client upon logging in as well as in your email, but the email may take some time to show up. Make sure your email is verified by going to your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings, and also that Riot Games is whitelisted and not being sent to your spam folder.
