I had a game today where the person intentionally fed in a rank match. Upon seeing all of his/her previous matches he fed every single game in the past. So why are accounts like this still being left to do so.

TIME, if an account feeds 24 hrs a day it will be picked up by the system. It just takes time for these things to happen, sorry to hear you were on the receiving end of an inter. Have no fear, you will or have benefited from an inter. Long run it all balances out
