Banned for no reason

I got PERMANENTLY BANNED for nothing. I got swore at and trash talked all game while attempting to help my team. granted I have been banned before for being toxic but I spent over $700 on that account and they permanently banned me for a game in which I was in the right and my 2 teammates reported me cuz I told them I was gonna report them for being toxic and swearing. I want my account back. or my money back. I learned a lesson from my last ban and didn't swear or anything. pretty peeved right now.

Riot doesn't just perma-ban a person. You must have a record of repeatedly being banned and not reforming. Although you probably just joked it off and not took it seriously, it finally came full circle and they finally removed you from the game.

Riot it seems, has decided they don't want you playing their game because of your continual contribution to a toxic environment.

Also, they don't really care how much money you have spent or will spend on the game as they no longer care for your service due to your continual negative attitude and negative demeanor.

So according to terms of use:

They have the right to remove you from the game without giving you a refund because you already agreed to use their services and enjoyed them while you were still an active player. It's just that you abused your rights and were punished accordingly.
