What to do if you meet an AFK or a feeder in your game?
I think that I meet a lot of feeder and AFK players in the past few week and my rank keep dropping like crazy. What should I do because I want to get out of bronze elo.

i garantee you. being bronze has nothing to do with feeders, trolls and afkers.
If you're talking about from a behavior perspective, you report it. Intentional feeding may result in a 14 day ban just for the first offense, so don't forget to report if someone is trying to ruin your game. AFK's are typically handled with Leaver Penalties which results in them playing fewer games and automatically losing even if the team won, but report those too to help Riot track their behavior if they aren't being detected accurately by the system.
If you're talking about from a gameplay perspective, well, you can't make them play right (or at all) so just try to focus on winning despite their actions. It's still possible to win, and sometimes the player will forget about his trolling and come back to actually help.

buy a zzrot and banner of command. manage your waves so that it's always pushing and then get advantageous team fights when they split up to wave clear.
I find that less people afk or int if you're 20/0
While unfortunate, players have proved many times that you can move fairly quickly to your appropriate MMR even with trolls and feeders. Provided you do not enable them through your behavior, the enemy team has a greater chance to have a feeder or a troll than your team: they have five spots, where is your team only has four other spots.
It may sometimes feel like a struggle, but the odds are in your favor provided your behavior does not help to cause these actions. Good luck!
