So I'm just curious by being perma banned I lose the account I have had for several years now meaning all the money and time spent on that account are all gone ?I don't find that fair in the least that you have to right to ban and seize everything I've spent money on will you re reimburse me for every cent and second I have put into this game ? From time to time people have a bad day I don't think this was the best way to handle the issue

Chermorg2 votesWell, 99+% of players get a 14 day suspension before their permanent suspension. In that suspension, it warns you in no uncertain terms, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that your next punishment of any kind may result in a permanent ban. If you didn't heed that warning, there's not much we can do for you.
Riot doesn't reduce or remove validly placed permanently suspensions. If you accept that you deserved a punishment for your actions, then I'm sorry to say that the account is gone, as well as all content in it. Furthermore, Riot doesn't give refunds or transfer content to a new account - the permanent suspension is Riot's way of saying goodbye to you, as well as being a deterrent to acting that way again, be it in League or another game. Part of that punishment is the loss of content on your account.

if it starts on the day it is issued and the player just happen to not play the game for said a month before this ban was issue....... is it possible that he wouldn't even know that he got banned? and that his next ban is a surprise permanent ban lol

Its Revenge1 votesSince Riot allows you to just make another account they should transfer your skins and champs to that account as the skins and champs paid for have nothing to do with the reason you were banned. They are just stealing from players with these rediculious bans latley so that you make a new account and spend money since they don't get new players anymore. Its like you are getting bottle service at a club and they kick you out but let you right back in it's cool but you gotta buy bottle service again. The only reason this is allowed is because they want money. Doesn't stop you from doing whatever you want, especially now you have nothing to lose. fuck riot

It just seems like you're encouraging this player to come back, continue his behavior, and still buy stuff. The only way this works is if the player is stupid.
