Okay, so, my only account just got banned, permanently banned. Yeah Riot, i know i am very toxic, but hey, it's your problem too, i always get 3 or 4 party guys on my team, one guy start insulting me, i answer him, then, his ''friends'' harass me the whole game, we lost, and guess what? Yeah, 4 reports for me. Maybe i deserved than perma ban, but, i want to know if Riot punished in the same way to the others...

Another thing, i just made another account, ''mTrolazo'', the same thing happened, 3-4 party people, the 4 reported me now i have a 14 days ban.

First off: When looking at one match, four reports are as good as one. Secondly: Retaliation just adds to the problem. Mute, report, move on.

The best thing to do is to change the game.cfg file and completely remove the chat screen.

Good idea, but still, the permaban... and the 14 days ban on my new account... :( I guess riot wont do anything.

I repeat, i get 3-4 party guys trolling or talking trash, they insult me, i answer them, i mute them after a few minutes, still, the 4 reports me, plus, i had a match when they make the enemy team report me too... I mean, they trusted them :/

You might want to send in a support ticket asking about changing the game files. Since editing in-game files COULD end up causing a Permanent Ban.

I edit mine all the time while troubleshooting for other people (such as resetting the chat window when they've moved it all the way off). Basic editing like that is ok; it's when you are trying to gain unfair advantages that they take notice (one guy triggered a ban changing his aspect ratio, but they went and removed it).

I'm just not technically minded for the software of a computer. Hence why I said could. Knowing if RIOT is okay with what you plan to change might be okay to ask? I mean it seems like a good start to ask about something like that since it doesn't have major impact on the game.

I'm more suited to working on my PCs hardware. Need to upgrade its motherboard, graphics, power supply, and even CPU need updates and I could probably change them out myself.
