When your malz bitch your j4 for not ganking and j4 says "surrender at 15 lololo" and your getting stomped top and ask for a gank and he walks in your lane steals your farm and leaves and go "i helped you farm camille now your good" and then you call their shit out to the ennemy team so they report them and the ennemy bard and yi start insulting mocking and trying to make you feel bad because your 0-2 then 0-3 etc etc and they just ignore what your team is doing and then SURPRISE SURPRISE after your game you get permabanned because having emotions is illegal now

Post your chat logs, and myself or one of the arbiters can point out what caused the ban.

Additionally, the punishment system works on 4 tiers. The first is a 10 game chat restriction, then a 25 game. After that is a 14 day ban, and then a permaban. It doesn't matter what the amount of toxicity is, if you continue to be toxic, eventually you will be permabanned. When you're on the 14 day ban, all it take is one instance of validated toxicity to get your account permabanned.

thats not the point thought, im not being toxic im just freaking reacting, others try to make me feel bad, to make me react, to make me lash out, and then because im a human being, because i react, because im not always 100% calm and collected i get into bans and all that stuff, seriously if 1 out of 100 games i react like that i shouldnt be getting considered toxic

Your account being permabanned begs to differ. A tiny fraction of the playerbase ever even gets one punishment, let alone going through all four stages.

Use this as a measure: would you say [insert phrase here] in real life, to someone you've never met, and expect it to be totally fine with no repercussions?

And seriously i should only get in trouble if i call someone a fucking %%%%%% that should kill himself not for calling out someone for doing something stupid cuz thats all the stuff i do, i tell people they did something dumb, i tell them what to do instead, i tell them to help, i dont freaking lash out at others and insult and try to make them feel bad so no i shouldnt be getting punished for that shit

Plus don't you think I realise when i get chat restricted and shit that i need to try to control myself better? Its freaking easy to say "keep it calm" heck i even play with music on to stay calm but im not a god damn saint im not a freaking psychiatrist i cant control my emotions so easily, and then just because 4 games in my entire lifetime of league i get toxic because i get provoked, pushed into it, or lash out because of unfair treatment i lose an account i put freaking 200 dollars in? how is that any fair, how can 4 games throughout an entire account life can decide on the fucking fate, being toxic is making the god damn issue happen all the time, not mega spaced out

It takes much more than 4 games. There are only two situations in which it only takes one instance to get punished:

When you are on a 14 day ban, as any validated toxicity will take you over the edge.
When you use hate speech or calls to self harm, as Riot has a strict zero tolerance policy on those.

Everything else first requires you to first establish a consistent pattern of toxicity to even crack the first tier.

Well I never did any of those 2, and honestly a "pattern of toxicity" ? Because daring to try to help out your teamate by calling out their mistakes and asking them to god damn help you is toxicity? I try to always be nice and respectful and i shouldnt be punished for only managing to be like that 95% of my games
