why was i banned

i know that i sadi to one of our teammates wasnt right, but riot literally took half of this out of context and perma banned me for it. so can someone tell me how i can get un-banned? i think that riot just auto banned me when they took half of this out of context and i dont think that it is fair that they can do that when there are kids that intentionally ruin games for other people and they get off scot free. Hate speech is not a joke, and Riot has a zero tolerance policy for it. This definitely was a large part of your punishment.

I also see a "kys" in there, which falls under the samr zero tolerance policy.

Listen man.

You might have had any reason in the world to be this way towards your team, but the bottom line is this...

The way you acted made people not happy to deal with you for several games. This is a consistent thing. You seemed to not appreciate the 14 day ban for what it was, a chance to reflect and improve. Now you have lost your things as a chosen punishment for corrupting a few games, even if it wasn't out of genuine anger.

It might hurt, but what hurts more is the damages you cause to the psyche of other people who are trying to improve themselves. Riot deems this the only way to get through to you that you need to stop harassing people or putting on glamorous shows where you steal the spotlight.

You are going to have to understand they made this decision because they need to keep a strict reputation, or else so many more people would act the way you have in some of the games you posted here.

All of this is not good. Using people's scores to put them down, threatening to run down mid, insulting their gameplay, calling them stupid, and being passive aggressive to your Ahri player.

All of this behavior will get you punished.

Your jokes could also be getting you punished, frankly. Depends on what you were joking about and how you were doing it.

Looking at your unedited logs you use hate speech and tell another player to kill himself. That is in no way even remotely close to acceptable, and either one by itself would earn a 14-day ban AT MINIMUM on an account that has never been punished. Both together could result in an instant ban, I suppose.

It's entirely possible they DID get punished -- you only get the alert if you were the last person to report someone, so it's possible that another report in that same game triggered their punishment and you were not informed.

Punishment is based solely on each person's toxic history.

For one, you dont know if those people receive a punishment or not (could be chat restriction, could be 14 day). You dont know. It could also be their personal toxic history is not high enough to warrant a punishment. You dont know.

For another, your previous 14 day put your personal toxic history fairly high so it doesnt take much to get next tier punishment. This you should know.

You know how in the movie whenever someone pulled off a robbery or heist, they need to "lay low"? After your 14 day ban, YOU need to "lay low" for a few months for your personal toxic history to go down. This is not laying low....

It wasn't without warning. You had a 14-day ban before as your last warning. After a 14-day ban you are on probation and any slip-up will result in permaban.

In most cases I think that's too harsh, but in your case you chose to say things that were inflammatory and you repeatedly put down and berated your teammates despite knowing you were on your last chance. That shows that you have no respect for the system, or that you have no self-control and it is unlikely that you will be able to reform. This is why Riot moves it up to a permaban.

How you know noone got banned? If you refer to the a player got banned massage, that doesnt always appear. Especially if multiple reported the banned person it only appears to the last one.

Hi Doxa Hermes:

I am afraid you're right, more so than you know. The System didn't take anything you said and automatically banned you simply because you were reported for Abusive Behavior.

After your 14-day Suspension, you are placed on High Alert. It takes time to come out of High Alert, but it is doable. While on High Alert, any reports of Abusive Behaviors will trigger your final ban. Since it looks to me like the reports were justified, it was enough to push for the final ban successfully.

You can file a ticket with Support and someone with real values will inspect your case. If you are found not really deserving the reports that triggered your ban, you may survive just yet.

But fair warning, I think those reports were fairly given.

Can't be toxic if you want to play League of Legends.

I want to clarify this: you were NOT banned for those chatlogs alone (the ones below, not the edited ones in the OP). They indicate that you deserve a punishment. Given that you were recently on a 14 day suspension, the next level of punishment is a permaban. When you get the 14 day suspension, you are warned that your next punishment will be a permanent ban.
