Question about the new ban system.
Saw This just recently and was wondering if a leavebuster lowered que reflected on this at all. I know chat restrictions are a different beast but just wondered. Any answer appreciated. Thanks.

I don't get what you mean. Leaver Buster penalties are entirely separate from Chat and Account restrictions, if that's what you're looking for.
