Permanent Ban.....?

Hey everyone so first time poster, but long time player of this awesome game. Just to give a brief description about me and how long I have been playing this great game.

I remember when this game first was announced and the Beta was going to be coming out. I have been a huge gamer for as long as I can remember. Before this game, I was big into Warcraft III Frozen Throne and DOTA, if any of you played it you know how much fun it was back in the day. I right away went to this website and signed up for the Beta. I couldn't wait! I got my Beta and was off and running in the rift! This game has come a long ways since then, I literally can say i have been playing long enough to have seen every champion release and every new patch to come out and be the next big thing to change the rift. I have over thousands of games played countless hours put in grinding away trying to be the best, and watching the LCS or pro scene dreaming of dang how cool would that be to be in the shoes of a pro player..... I have purchased countless amounts of skins, summoner icons to flash around and can say I was more than willing to pay for them and be a part of this awesome game.

As of this week I recently had purchased 2 new skins Pool Party LuLu, because it's awesome and LuLu mid right now is so fun and OP! I also bought Master Chef Tahm Kench another amazingly fun champion I love to play Top lane. Since this new Season 6 has started I have been grinding out promos playing the new dynamic que which I thought personally was an awesome addition. Good Job Riot still some bugs in it but hey its new got to work out the bugs right? After promos I had gotten my placement and was ready to start the grind to see how far I could climb. Then something happened on Thursday night....

I had been playing for about 5 or 6 hours Thursday had some good games lost some won some, but at the end of the night, I was interrupted with a message saying my account was Banned..... As a fellow avid gamer and someone who gets very passionate and into the game, I will not lie here, throughout the night in some of my games I was surrounded by trolls out just to ruin the game and out to put me down and fellow teammates and just a lot of toxicity. I am not one who takes crap and I will not stand to play with teammates who just say oh GG 7 mins in or hey your so bad your so stupid blah blah blah we all know what goes on in heated games things are said, maybe too much is said at times, but we all have dealt with our share of trolls. I will also say I did get into it with a few players. Needless to say, before this, I have never been notified by Riot Games or anyone for being reported for toxic or crude offensive language nothing.

This ban really came right out of the blue and according to league of legends to be perma ban it must come off repeat offenses... I right away submitted a ticket and asked what other times have I broken the rules been a repeat offender? Riot a day later emails me back this:

"Your account has been permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment by our disciplinary audits. To see the most recent games which led to this action please log in to the client to view your reform card. While we do our best at Riot Games to encourage reform if a player continues to create negative experiences for others then we must exit them from our game permanently. This action is only taken after repeat punishments we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance. Although this marks the end of the line we’re confident that with some reflection you will be able to avoid this kind of situation in the future with whatever new games you decide to play. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors."

This confused me even more due to the fact that Riot has never once contacted me about my so called behavior that we see all over the game.

Long story short Riot has not gotten back to me and now my love for the game is probably lost due to Riot just banning me taking all my money and everything on my account. I just don't get how this company can just ban someone just like that out of the blue after I have been around this game so long and played so many hours seen so many trolls and nasty toxic people. Then they don't give me any kind of answer on when I was a previous offender.....

Anyone else have trouble or experience this? I feel like Riot has no right to just ban me out of the blue without talking to me or contacting me first, because now everything I worked for is gone.
