About my Permanent Ban.

Since i never exit my League client, i left it open and went to sleep. The next morning i woke up with a message: You have been permanetly banned "blabla" further information on your email and stuff. Since my email acc doesnt work anymore either bcuz i cant receive any messages on it i have been asking myself for what have i been banned? I have been banned already for 7 days for being toxic but never again. and it cant be that because you would get a message "You have been banned for the following reason: Then your chat where you flamed/were being toxic towards players". So if somebody could help me i really would appreciate it.
