Can I get banned for play Nasus jungle in ranked?
Has anyone played him in ranked? I think it's pretty good that you can stack in peace.

As long as you don't break the Summoner's code, feel free to play whatever you like -- just know that it is on you to make it work (and by work, I mean you have a reasonable chance to win the game)
No it's fine.
I've seen plenty of ppl do that. It's viable, but it's not the best idea because jungle resources in terms of Q stacking is too limited. It delays his stacking, and his ganking potential - especially early on - is extremely weak. Usually as a ganker you want either burst dmg or cc, or both, and nasus kind of lacks both.
No but it's a d*ck move and it's not good.
Banned? No. Useless? Yes.
