Perma banned, No email, chat logs do not justifie the ban

Hi everyone, I hope someone will have answers, even better maybe a Rioter will see this post and will explain me.

I havent played for over 2 weeks, yesterday, I decided to long in AND PUT 50$ to get skins and stuff... (I actually actually used 80% of my RP that I bought) then, I played ONLY 1 game.

After I started my second game, while in champ select, I got disconnected and when I logged in again ... I was permanently banned, I first thought it was a bug.. then I realized it was not. So to prove what im saying, I have the chat logs that "justifie" it So first, I injected 50% that I can't use, i played one game and got the perma ban, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED any email from riot since 2 days, neither from the ticket I sent.

So, can someone please explain me or tell me how this makes me to get PERMA BAN ?? Am I seriously excessively offensive and inflammatory ??

And, is there any way to get to talk to riot staff or try to get my account back ?? Thank you for reading guys.

You're harassing Annie for mistakes, and threatening reports against other players. What exactly are these contributing toward a win? I realize you think you're giving advice to Annie at one point, and you do have a suggestion in there, though presented in a rather negative tone. It is possible to give constructive feedback without linking it to an insult.

But there's something to understand about your ban: It's not just this one game that, by itself, brought about this ban. Permabans are handed out when there's a consistent pattern of negative behavior across many games, and also generally after several warnings are given (by means of chat restrictions and temp-bans). You failed to heed those warnings.

As for the email, have you checked your spam folders? Or do you have your inbox set to automatically delete anything it regards as spam? Since you didn't get the ban notification, or any emails about the creation of your ticket, it sounds like your email is filtering stuff out from riotgames. If you did submit a support ticket, you should be able to log back into the support site and view the status of your current and past tickets there, though.

Well, of course i used to be maybe a bit harassing or talked that way... But, what i dont get is, it was my first game for a while.... And just because someone reported me, i get the perma ban ?? that's what im worried about... so this would mean whenever trigger the report.. if in your chat logs, something sounds suspicious.. you get the perma ?? i dont think that's fair...

You were permabanned because you were continually harassing players after multiple warnings about your behavior. It wasn't just that one game. Please, understand that. That game was the last nail in the coffin, but there were many other games involved leading up to your permanent ban.

And it doesn't matter that you hadn't played for a couple weeks. 2 weeks not playing the game doesn't magically clear your account of any past wrongdoings. You were probably harassing players before you took a break, and you still were when you came back from the break.

Oh but i understand that ! What i dont get it, the perma ban right away after one game , and whiteout any analyze or the chat and context, beside the words i said to Annie ... i dont think this worths a ban.

But you don't seem to understand it. You're trying to look at it as "I was perma-banned for saying x to Annie in this game", but that's largely a false statement. At the very least, it's completely misleading. Again, your harassment towards that Annie was the last straw, after a very long pattern of the same behavior. That pattern shows that you aren't willing to correct your behavior at all, and that unwillingness is what had lead you to a permanent ban.

I've seen an analogy to the points system they use for traffic violations, and it's a rather fitting one for this situation. Certain violations may result in having your license revoked after just one or two instances. But somebody else might just be caught speeding enough times in a year, and wind up having their license revoked as well. Typically, speeding by itself doesn't result in losing your license. But do it enough, and it'll happen.

this was your first game back from a SUSPENSION, it means you're already blacklisted, any small report will get you a larger suspension.

Unfortunately we can't get the chat logs from annie .. because if i talked this way to her.. It's because she literally insulted me: of IDIOTS and constantly said STFU to our team ... So, instead of just talking , i think you should probably think a bit more before typing any answer.

The post is about : the words i used.. do they deserve a perma ban ? that's the point of this post..

So, such constructive comment from you is completely useless. And no, i dont think this is toxicity.

Getting the picture? You are toxic, you talk down to people. You don't get it, you don't recognize it, the warnings, two week suspension that came before this and you even talk about the fact that you were banned before for saying "GG EZ" - you learned nothing. Good luck if you roll a new account or whatever game you land in.

If you didnt get an email then you might want to check your spam filter or double check the email you used for the account.

Judging just from the chat you privided you have an abrasive way of giving advice. Sometimes its best to just not say anything even if you honestly think a teammate is terrible. Telling them that doesnt help them get better and creates a negative feeling between the team thats supposed to focus aggression on the other 5 players in the game not on your team. No point in making the game a 4v6 with a poor comment.

I got the email from my ticket saying ill get an answer from it ... But not a single one related to the ban .. that's is why im curious. AS you mentioned it, i double checked the settings of my emails.. it seems okay

And yeah, maybe some could think my tone was pretty bad.. but actually in the context and in game.. i wasn't at all .. that's why im asking Riot to check the full chat ...

I don't think this is the case. Someone else being toxic does not make it okay for you to be as well. It's like, if the KKK suddenly came and set up shop in your town, it's absolutely not okay for you to join them.

If Annie was being toxic, there are mute and report buttons whose purpose is to deal with that kind of player. And, as you have experienced personally, they are effective.

"/mute all" (without the quotes) does this. Yes, it's in game, but nobody is toxic in the fountain.

Cool. At absolute most you might have to wait a day for a response so hang in there!

As far as the CS advice, this is why i like to play some of the more burly champs. Its ok for them to suddenly have a targon so rather than say anything i can just meander on over and play bodyguard and get them a siege minion or two. Granted its not the best way to actualy teach how to CS but I find far fewer people flame you for playing Taric than when you try to give advice in game when they might feel shitty.

I still find it difficult to believe that Riot is simply handing out permanent bans for only one incident. There has to be a history of such things. One time of saying "Oh, you suck" does not equal a ban. I refuse to believe it works that way around here.

The aren't (except in the MOST extreme cases... eg death threats or the like). This is just another QQ thread from someone who has been toxic for a LONG time and finally reached the end of the road.

Granted the elo system blows so you get paired up with complete and total retards then they report you cuz your pissed that your light years better than them and stuck in the same elo

Alhough I personally don't have a problem with how you handled yourself I can see how other people would and I understand you getting banned. I don't think telling people to farm better and look at map is constructive. Everyone knows to do that. That, mixed with not having English as your first language is what got you banned in my opinion. A giant shame that you just bought RP. I'd send Riot another support ticket; see if there's maybe a way they could transfer your points to another account. And like someone else said, check your spam. Every time I've sent Riot a ticket they've responded fairly quickly

So yes, a month ago i got 14 days, so i just stopped playing because i got annoyed by being reported for such things like my last conversation... even for less..

and yesterday was my very first game since 1 month and the very first after the ban... I mean i know what would happen IF i were insulting people, or constantly harassing.. But is this conversation bad ??????

asking someone to report someone else is a bannable offence... so... you're banned...

So here's the thing. Your log is definitely punishable. By itself, I'd say that it's not worth a perma-ban, but the context surrounding it is important in this case. Specifically, the punishment system was recently adjusted to once-again work on a scaling system. It looks a little like this:

  • 10-game chat restriction
  • 25-game chat restriction
  • 14-day time ban
  • Permanent ban

As I said, your log is punishable. Which means that the system issues the next punishment up the scale from your last one. In this case, your last punishment was a 2-week ban, so it issued a perma.

Not playing games doesn't lower your account status. You have to play games and show you reformed. So if this is your first game since your 14 day ban, the system sees you as coming back from your 14day ban and not showing any reform what so ever.

It doesn't matter if you don't think your behaviour is toxic because Riot clearly does and they are the final authority in this matter.

It doesn't matter if you were just responding to Annie's provocations either. All that means is that your teammates had to deal with both you and Annie being toxic and ruining their game.

Players do not get banned for a single game unless they are extremely toxic in it. This game was the final straw that resulted in your ban, but it was not the only game which factored into it. Since you seem to be denying that your behavior in this chat log was toxic, then it's quite likely that this is your normal behaviour and the ban is more than justified.

Oh I get it and all your comments are pretty useful, the thing im trying to get is, I know there is the new system and the scale of bans.. But for example, if i had a 14 days ban, then play one game, and if I say something like : "fuck that, im done" after being killed in lane ( but this is not toward anyone in game) .. and a player trigger the report.. EVEN THOUGH this is not related to everyone else but me ... I GET THE BAN ?? you obviously see that doesn't make sense and proves you how the system doesn't work and where its boarder line is. That's my point.
