Perma banned, No email, chat logs do not justifie the ban

Hi everyone, I hope someone will have answers, even better maybe a Rioter will see this post and will explain me.

I havent played for over 2 weeks, yesterday, I decided to long in AND PUT 50$ to get skins and stuff... (I actually actually used 80% of my RP that I bought) then, I played ONLY 1 game.

After I started my second game, while in champ select, I got disconnected and when I logged in again ... I was permanently banned, I first thought it was a bug.. then I realized it was not. So to prove what im saying, I have the chat logs that "justifie" it So first, I injected 50% that I can't use, i played one game and got the perma ban, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED any email from riot since 2 days, neither from the ticket I sent.

So, can someone please explain me or tell me how this makes me to get PERMA BAN ?? Am I seriously excessively offensive and inflammatory ??

And, is there any way to get to talk to riot staff or try to get my account back ?? Thank you for reading guys.

You're harassing Annie for mistakes, and threatening reports against other players. What exactly are these contributing toward a win? I realize you think you're giving advice to Annie at one point, and you do have a suggestion in there, though presented in a rather negative tone. It is possible to give constructive feedback without linking it to an insult.

But there's something to understand about your ban: It's not just this one game that, by itself, brought about this ban. Permabans are handed out when there's a consistent pattern of negative behavior across many games, and also generally after several warnings are given (by means of chat restrictions and temp-bans). You failed to heed those warnings.

As for the email, have you checked your spam folders? Or do you have your inbox set to automatically delete anything it regards as spam? Since you didn't get the ban notification, or any emails about the creation of your ticket, it sounds like your email is filtering stuff out from riotgames. If you did submit a support ticket, you should be able to log back into the support site and view the status of your current and past tickets there, though.

You flamed... literally all game. If you can't recognize that berating people is toxic, I think you should seek some professional help.

If you didnt get an email then you might want to check your spam filter or double check the email you used for the account.

Judging just from the chat you privided you have an abrasive way of giving advice. Sometimes its best to just not say anything even if you honestly think a teammate is terrible. Telling them that doesnt help them get better and creates a negative feeling between the team thats supposed to focus aggression on the other 5 players in the game not on your team. No point in making the game a 4v6 with a poor comment.

I still find it difficult to believe that Riot is simply handing out permanent bans for only one incident. There has to be a history of such things. One time of saying "Oh, you suck" does not equal a ban. I refuse to believe it works that way around here.

You said like nothing wrong. If this is considered toxic then riot needs to strap on some balls grow the fuck up and realize that Shit talking happens I'm every competitive online game. Granted the elo system blows so you get paired up with complete and total retards then they report you cuz your pissed that your light years better than them and stuck in the same elo

Oh I get it and all your comments are pretty useful, the thing im trying to get is, I know there is the new system and the scale of bans.. But for example, if i had a 14 days ban, then play one game, and if I say something like : "fuck that, im done" after being killed in lane ( but this is not toward anyone in game) .. and a player trigger the report.. EVEN THOUGH this is not related to everyone else but me ... I GET THE BAN ?? you obviously see that doesn't make sense and proves you how the system doesn't work and where its boarder line is. That's my point.

It doesn't matter if you don't think your behaviour is toxic because Riot clearly does and they are the final authority in this matter.

It doesn't matter if you were just responding to Annie's provocations either. All that means is that your teammates had to deal with both you and Annie being toxic and ruining their game.

Players do not get banned for a single game unless they are extremely toxic in it. This game was the final straw that resulted in your ban, but it was not the only game which factored into it. Since you seem to be denying that your behavior in this chat log was toxic, then it's quite likely that this is your normal behaviour and the ban is more than justified.

Alhough I personally don't have a problem with how you handled yourself I can see how other people would and I understand you getting banned. I don't think telling people to farm better and look at map is constructive. Everyone knows to do that. That, mixed with not having English as your first language is what got you banned in my opinion. A giant shame that you just bought RP. I'd send Riot another support ticket; see if there's maybe a way they could transfer your points to another account. And like someone else said, check your spam. Every time I've sent Riot a ticket they've responded fairly quickly
