Reward for ACCURATELY Reporting

Reasons for the idea: So I've been giving this a lot of thought and wondered, why do many people avoid playing normal games or not enjoying the games they play. I mean many of us who play other games know how other gaming communities believe "league is toxic". So why do we continue to play it? Because it's that fun, but why do we deal with the toxicity? It seems to me players don't find it "rewarding enough" to report a player. I know many people have gone through this, you get that trash talker that's beating you in lane and then when you turn the tables and start beating him the first word you say that can be considered trash talk, has the whole enemy team responding to you with "reported for unsportsmanlike conduct", which in a sense is true and I understand the report, but I also understand why he started trash talking back. Other occurrences include players not wanting to try new lanes or new things (builds, champions, etc..) because there's always that one person that riles up the whole team to flame at you. So those players end up getting reported while the player that's like "Feeding in a normal game is fine its not ranked", just makes you feel like, oh so i can't have fun in a normal game because you don't even try not to feed. I'm not referring to the people struggling in lane, I'm referring to the intentional feeders that use the excuse that it's a normal.

Details about the idea: I thought how can we get people to report these toxic players more, without getting them to report just anyone. Two things would need to be kept track of for every player and I know this may be difficult, but I feel like it would be rewarding for both players and the image of league to gamers outside the community. So my idea is what if Riot were to implement a reporting system that rewards players for accurately reporting toxic players. For example, if a player has a 75% accuracy on their reports and 100 players they reported were punished either by a chat ban or suspension, maybe give the player RP or a mystery gift skin or a skin created solely for this purpose that isn't sold in the shop. There could be increments of like 100 for the first reward, 500 for the next reward, 1000 for the next one, and 10000 for another one etc..

Why would this work: It gives players obvious motivation to report toxic players and not just random ones since they need a good accuracy on their reports. With this type of gift also comes a punishment, if you're punished for being reported maybe you can have your count and accuracy reset back to 0 until you become eligible for prizes again your count will not increase. Finally players will second guess being toxic knowing that any of the 9 players in the game could report them because they have something to gain from it.

Conclusion: I hope this idea will take some form into League's reporting system because I feel both League's image will improve, toxicity should be more rare to find in games, and players will be rewarded with both the rewards and more enjoyable games. I hope to hear any ideas and thoughts from the community on this to either improve this idea or let me know if there's something I may have overlooked. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

rewarding for reporting would result in people trying to bait each other into being toxic even more so then they already do
