Why did i get banned if i did nothing to justify the ban? I did not even received a message or a justification =/

I suggest logging out of your client, then back in and seeing what it tells you, as well as checking your email for anything from Riot (be sure to check spam folders). If you still can't find anything, submit a ticket to Riot Support, let them know that you're banned and you didn't receive any notices, and they'll let you know what's going on.

Yes, they will C+P a prewritten text, as they almost always do :D

They do sometimes use macros (copypaste) when the information is such that there is absolutely no reason to make it individual. Before deciding to use a copypaste response, they look at the case and determine the correct course of action. Percentage wise the copypaste responses are very low.
Even if it is a prewritten response, that does not mean it is any less valid of a response. You'd be surprised how many tickets Riot gets "unban me please" when they were filled with hate speech or something - all of those are going to have the exact same answer.

Eh, I submit tickets to them the same anyone else here does. I always get responses and they're usually within 24 hours (sometimes slightly more), and they're always professional and polite. Maybe 1/4 has any hint of "copypaste" in it, most of the ones I get look to be personalized.

Maybe it's a "you get out what you put in" - if you're nice to the agents, maybe they'll take the time to write a more personal response? Who knows.

Yeah i already check all my e-mails even the spam folders =/ nothing and i was regular playing and i can't send a ticket i am trying but i do not understand that page =/

All you have to do is use the link I've provided you, and fill out the form with the information it asks for, then click either "Submit a Ticket" or "Start Live Chat".

Dude it's the 3rd post you made on the same subject & on the same subforum about this in less than 30 minutes ! Just fill a support ticket there is a category related to your issue...
