All it takes to chat ban someone, or get chat banned, is multiple people reporting

If I ever duo, and we both report someone, I pretty much always get a msg about 'helping to punish negative behavior'.

If I ever get reported by a duo, even if I literally said nothing more than 'top' or 'care', often just because I didn't support for them, I get chat banned. Every time. Multiple accounts, multiple people, multiple IPs we have observed this on.

Seriously? Is that all the tribunal is? Premades fucking over solo q players, every single time? This is pathetic, frankly, for a feature that is supposed to be about players giving back, when it has just turned into essentially a popularity contest. Sick of this happening. Maybe its time for DOTA2.

Punishment is not calculated per report, it is calculated per match (i.e. 9 reports won't get someone punished where 1 wouldn't). False reports also get thrown out.

Most likely you are saying things you think are ok when in fact they are not. If you'd share your chat logs I'd be happy to look over them and help point out what may have validated the reports. It is possible for the system to get a false positive, but unlikely.
