Permanently Banned.. Is this fair??

Today my account got permanently banned, for an in my eyes unfair reason.. It started in champ select with our jungler, who instalocked mid and an auto filled support who did not want to play support. When the game started in the second minute I got flamed for not using my heal, which I wanted to keep for in lane. And the usual not reacting to enemy dragon, non warding support etc. I understand that I was quite annoying this game, don't get me wrong. But it was kind of a reaction to what they were doing. And after going from W4 L0 in your placements to W4 L4, mostly cause of trolling teammates, this game can get quite annoying. Don't you guys think a chat restriction would be more suitable for this? I've spent thousands of hours playing and hundreds of euro's on skins, for over 5 years. Never did I get banned before, only recently a 2 week ban before this. That was deserved tho. I hope you guys can help me out with this, perma banning seems quite extreme. Didn't know how to put it in a link, so I'll paste it here (sorry).

Perma is the next step after a 14-day ban, which should have been communicated to you when you got that 14-day ban

These aren't the worst logs I've ever seen, but you're argumentative, combative, and very negative with your team the entire game. Plus, calling for reports is considered harassment. Unfortunately, triggering a punishment for you after a recent 14-day ban gets you perma'd.

You are a very negative person to play with. Constantly harassing your teammates.(no i don't care what they said or did your actions are your own.)

Asking for reports and threatening reports. Belittling your teammates. Threatening to afk.

So the answer is yes it is 100% deserved.

Doesn't happen off that one game, you've been getting reported consistently since your two weak ban. It's not going to change, make a new account.

I had similar harass today from a getgo, I told the guy he will get perma ban but seems not everybody believes it. There you are, now you believe it, right ?
