Toxicity on PBE ranked.

I love PBE ranked as a concept and even in practice, but I dislike how toxic people are in game. I recently had a game where a kayn was getting ganged up on by a toxic duo simply because he was having a bad game. This happens consistently in a lot of games. It's honestly a shame, I love the mode but with people inting/feeding/flaming, it ruins it. Any thoughts?
