Compromised account

First things first this is a smurf account of mine.

My original account has been compromised at some point and I can't log in to appeal to anything on the forums.

Basically it's been about 2 months since I've played league of legends, due to working full time and a busy lifestyle ( 60+hr weeks )

During this time I had never checked up on my account because generally you assume your account is fine and there's no need to.

Anyway about two days ago I received an email saying my account has been banned, I messaged support to explain my situation and got a text book reply about terms of service, after that I basically got a reply saying "tough shit" the words were never said but the message was clear. This account is from season 2 and I've spent countless on it, it's my baby!

I can't recover it cause they won't help and on top of that its been banned, I'm reaching out here for some kind of additional support

This is a repost from Oce forums as I was redirected here, additionally this is not the only account of mine to be compromised as I found an email from origin saying there has been suspicious log ins and activity so the password has been reset.

Tl:dr

I've lost access to my account and several others, it's also been banned and I'm completely stressing out! 😓

You're leaving out some crucial information in your original post that makes it hard for me to dig into this case~ if you wouldn't mind sharing the summoner name of the account in question as well as what exactly Support said to you about why it couldn't be recovered, I'd be able to directly help more!

Dude that sucks, I know how to feels to get hacked and honestly it is the worst feeling a gamer can feel.

I don't know a way to help you out other then these words, but good luck!

Seems odd you'd have two separate accounts compromised. Uhh. Maybe a friend found your password and screwed with you?

Same thing happened to me. I hadn't played any games since January 2016, but I got an email from Riot stating that my account had been banned for hacking. I logged into this site and a series of games had been played between 8/8-8/11. I had no idea that my account had been accessed, and now, I have lost the $60+ that I spent on skins and such. It really sucks.
