Telling someone that they feed is considered toxic. And before you bring up that pointless "but it's true!", it doesn't matter. If someone is having a bad game, harassing them by telling them how useless they are or how it is their fault you loose, does not help anyone, it's just being rude for the sake of being rude.

Perma ban.... i mean. I don't think so. But a 14 day ban yah maybe, riot is like that, just don't flame is better. If u really have a flame issue download one of those tools or apps that makes the enter key stop working in league

I believe people get banned way too easily in this game, however, they do give you 4 chances before it goes to a perma. Coming from someone who's been banned a big no no is calling for a report in chat. That's a "trigger" word and will get you banned immediately , because you're creating a "negative" experience for other players, and trying to influence them. Also something else I learned, 1 report is the same as being reported 9 times, only 1 goes through. So there is no point to ask for reports, if you report them, it's enough.

After a 14 day suspension, this does look negative enough for the system to hand out a permaban.

Personally, I wouldn't have reported you for this, and I think the justification for a permaban is a bit weak. By the way, there's no such thing as a tribunal any more.
