Got matched by a top laner that griefed 2 ranked games in a row and proceeds to blame his teammate

Game 1 He played tahm and won his lane, later flames jg and mid for getting ahri fed and pings me alot bc i get oneshotted (Riot please fix this dmg meta) by the ahri, keeps spam pinging us alive when he thinks the game is over.

Game 2 He played Darius and after loading screen HE SPAMMED PING ME AT THE START OF THE GAME, KNOWING I WAS GONNA FEED. There is a difference between flaming and inting, our lane was even, yas is fed, top won his lane again. Later, you guessed it, he spammed pinged everyone, and me the most bc I got oneshotted by the yas because he is fed (Thx again for the dmg meta Riot) then making things worse form last game. He said he play to win; expect he did the opposite, he intentionally throw the game running down mid, wasting TP, and didnt help his team on the nexus causing us to lose.

Riot please do something so this guy so doesn't ruin more games, I sent 2 reports on 2 games
