Legit Perma-ban doesn't do crap. Anyone can make a new account and play again. Perma-ban should not even be a thing. At most keep until the end of each season. Being toxic is how the world work. It's like working in a business or a job, people treat leagueing as a job and now you ruined their dream just like that, if you did a terrible job on an assignment and making a million mistakes, would your boss not yell at you?????!!!! Riot think of it logically. Use your damn brains. Legit perma-banning people doesn't do shit.

Do other agree with my statement of removing the perma-ban system?

No, it would go on my performance appraisal and would possibly cost me my job if I didn't improve; because being good at my job is a requirement to keep my job. Being good at league is not a requirement; and someone being bad doesn't entitle you to abuse them.

Don't talk about how the world works when you're the one who agreed to a terms of use and then come whining then those terms are enforced. That's how the real world works buddy.

Lets focus on this.

If Riot wants to yell at me, that would be applicable. However, no one on the team is my bossl

Welp, to go along with your analogy, if you were harassing a coworker, you would be fired if it continued after having a talk, if not right away. If you were calling a co-worker derogatory slang, racist remarks, or other such things, you would be fired if you continued after having been talked to, if not right away. This list continues with most of the things that riot gets after you about, actually being something that if you did in a work environment, would get you in trouble. I don't see how that analogy makes it okay to no longer perma-ban. As far as people making new accounts, they cant really stop it, but if perma-banning makes 1 out of 10 toxic people never come back, it is worth it. That in the long run removes a lot of toxicity from the game.

  • A permanent ban results in the loss of all purchased/earned content, which can be a considerable punishment for many players and often enough of a loss to encourage a behavioral shift.
  • A significant number of banned players do NOT continue to play League, even though, yes, there is nothing actually stopping them from doing so.

So permanent bans do serve a purpose.

It does do 2 things, 1, force you to say goodbye to that account. 2 never let you progress on the account and the account's status will be permanently stuck in it's current state although your honor level will drop to 0.

perma-ban does something..... it got you to go cry here on the board.

being toxic is NOT how the real world works. I don't know where you live or how your parents raised you, but being toxic in the real world get you banned from most public places and pretty much any job where you have to work with human beings.

Legit Perma-ban doesn't do crap.

Except it prevents you from accessing your account

Anyone can make a new account and play again.

climbing from level 1 to 30 and having re-unlock everything is a turn off, and im sure losing the stuff you bough with money can be pretty unfun

Perma-ban should not even be a thing.

lol

At most keep until the end of each season.

lol

Being toxic is how the world work.

no its not, being toxic is the perfect way to ruin any kind of relationship you have, lose your job and getting banned in video games

It's like working in a business or a job, people treat leagueing as a job

unless you're on the development team League is not a real job

and now you ruined their dream just like that

well if they cared about their dream they wouldn't have gotten banned

if you did a terrible job on an assignment and making a million mistakes, would your boss not yell at you?????!!!!

you would have already been fired by then.

However being Toxic can

Riot think of it logically. Use your damn brains. Legit perma-banning people doesn't do shit.

based on what?

Do other agree with my statement of removing the perma-ban system?

no, you just want to remove perma-ban, because you got punished for something you did. that's all

people treat leagueing as a job and now you ruined their dream just like that,

Thst's the thing you see. Leagueing is NOT a job. Your career doesn't depend on it, you are not getting paid for it, if you don't play it at all, your quality of life won't be affected. You don't owe anyone shit and if someone treats League as a career choice it's not your fucking problem. Therefore, a whiny wretch on my team is not my boss and I'm not obliged to tolerate its presence.

Being toxic is how the world work.

In the real world toxic people are avoided and isolated as they should be.

The point of a permanent suspension isn't to get people to stop playing their game, but to punish them for being toxic in game despite the countless warnings. If you get perma banned, its probably your fault and you deserved it. They warned you with chat restrictions and a 2 week ban and if you are STILL toxic, well your account that you spent a lot of money on is gone. They don't care if you make a new account, they care if you are verbally abusive
